校內獎學金
一、宗旨：為扶助本校家境清寒學生，暨鼓勵敦品勵學之優秀學生發展專長，特訂定本辦法。
二、本校招生委員會委員由教務長、學務長、總務長、各院院長、軍訓室主任、進修部主任、技合處處長、國合處處長、圖書館館長、通識中心主任、會計室主任及生活輔導組組長擔任之。
三、本辦法之各項獎助學金發放及名額，依各學年度預算狀況釐定。
四、已請領獎助學金者，需完成該學期全部課程，中途休、退學者，獎助學金應全數繳回。
五、依教育部規定新生入學獎學金不得高於總經費百分之十。
六、本辦法經獎助學金審查委員會通過，呈校長核定後實施，修訂時亦同
國際合作處
In accordance with the government’s International Education policy, the International Cooperation Office of Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology is to help departments, institutes and research center conduct a global outreach.
The ICO helps organize and implement international programs and projects with sister universities. As of today, the ICO has been in contract with more than sixteen sister universities (Including the Europe and America, China, Vietnam, Russia and so on). In late 2016, the ICO strategically adjusted its target and policy by focusing on the Southeast Asia students for coordinating the government’s New Southbound Policy. Up to present, there are more than two hundred international students who came from Gambia, St Vincent and Grenadines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia and China studying in Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology.
圖書館
本校圖書館為地下兩層、地上五層之建築，總面積共計6152.63 平方公尺。圖書館設有閱覽室、流通參考區、資訊檢索區、辦公室、健行藝廊、期刊閱報區、中西文書庫區以及多媒體視聽中心，詳細配置請見各樓層平面圖。
館藏：
圖書館館藏以配合校內師生教學研究與學習為主，並朝多元化發展，除紙本資料外，視聽資料如錄影帶、錄音帶、CD、光碟、資料庫、電子期刊、電子書等都在蒐藏之範圍。

輔系、雙主修
為增廣學生學習領域，鼓勵學生培養第二專長，增加學生畢業後就業機會，本校有輔系、雙主修制度。凡修滿輔系規定之科目與學分成績及格者，其學位證書加註輔系名稱。
